Who Wouldn't Love A Secret Passage?

I've always wanted a secret passage since I was a little kid.  I always envisioned pulling out a specific book that would open up a secret door to a hidden room.  Yes, I'm a dork. That being said, there was a window of opportunity to do a little something something in the house that would be fun for our daughter so we went with it.  My daughter's closet butts up to another closet (which is in the hall) which in turn butts up to yet another closet in what will be the playroom.  So, we decided to connect them all via a little crawling space.

I  think this is going to be a ton of fun for her.  Her own little passage to the playroom.  I should hang some coats and have it be like the passage to Narnia.  I know as soon as I'm not 100 months pregnant I'll be crawling through there.  Yep, 40 going on 8.

  3. So awesome. I would love to do something like that for the boys. Of course, now that I'm almost 40, I'm thinking less about wardrobes to other worlds and more about perfect place to hide when the world ends and zombies take over.
